This berberine is the first I've used that eliminated sugar cravings, balanced my blood sugar and helped me feel fuller faster. No side effects %26 I've been using it for a few weeks now, every day. I use more than the recommended amount. I take two first thing in the morning %26 then another two in the afternoon.
So far I feel like it does help with hunger .
It really helps keep my blood sugar down. I recommend this product!!

Seems to helping, trying to get off diabetes medication. With this and a diet of salads, protein, making a big difference in my blood sugar count.
only order from Walmart because I couldn't contact manufacturer. your price was hire and smaller quantity.
I have trouble swallowing capsules that "float". When I put it in my mouth, I want it to "sink" to the back of my throat so it kind of gets a head start on the way down. With large capsules like this, I have a problem because my liquid goes down before the capsule and I tend to choke. I would take three normal size pills over one of these huge "floating" capsules and be happier.
Awful taste hard to swallow and they do nothing for you
