Decent, Effective Product
Have used Cinnamon Bark for maintaining blood sugar levels for many years and this product performs well. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Questionable Ingredients
Cinnamon supplements are supposed to help control and lower blood sugar. Only after I opened the bottle and took some did I see the warning that this brand may contain lead!
