good for the body.
I have been taking this for quite awhile this is a very good supplement I've learned after the age of 50 your body doesn't have but half of citcoline that the body produces this is worth it and the price is great for overall health.

Good stuff!
After doing some research on what Citicoline can do, I started taking it - and soon noticed an increase in clarity of recall %26 visualization. Since it was at the time the only change in my supplement routine, I had no doubt the Citicoline was responsible. I will continue taking it - very happy with what it does.
