Coconut Oil
I have been taking it since the beginning of the year. I have not noticed any ill effects or problems, but I also have not seen the three things the label says: 1) Support, healthy weight management, 2) Promotes immune function, and 3) Supports, healthy metabolism.

Love these coconut supplements. My energy levels are improved when I take them. Excellent ingredients and no toxic titanium dioxide like many other coconut supplements. Excellent price and excellent product.
