I just recently began using this supplement but I'm so glad I found it because it doesn't contain Calcium like other HMB supplements do. I definitely can't use Ca due to my kidney transplant. I'm 45 and have had some recent weight training injuries as well as an issue with ocular pressure so I take this HMB to hopefully stop any muscle loss due to my inability to do certain exercises temporarily

i wanted the capsules that are 1000mg each and this was deceptive because the serving is 1000mg, but only for 2 capsules
