I purchased this for my son who plays high school sports and works out 5 times per week. He was previously using a different brand of flavored BCAA and could barely choke it down due to the artificial sweeteners and strong taste. He has used this several times and says that he definitely prefers the unflavored version, and although it doesn't taste great it is much more tolerable. Helps him to recover after workouts and gives him a boost of energy. He asked me to keep buying this brand.

Amino Acids have become an essential part of my vitamin routine even if BCAA. Part of my retirement man's short stack you could say (with my multi Vitamin and b complex). Think it gives me a little better energy or balance than not taking it. Keeps me from dragging. Believe it helps my muscles from getting old by aiding while exercising and during recovery. Heard from a nurse once that some stuff body builders use in the gym can help old people keep going or stay strong. So if not now when? Down to the weight I was in high school because of my age. No side effects as far as I can tell. No sugar or flavor is added in this mix so I mix in Kool-aid and mix it with diet coke.

As advertised. No clumps. Mixed well. Would get a flowered version next time.

Unflavored, good quality

Works as intended, You will want to mix it in something if you don't want a weird aftertaste though.

It is bitter and unpleasant to drink dissolved in just water. Not bad when mixed into a protein shake.
