very good
Its a good product. I use it for my buttercream icing to help stabilize it. I have never had issues. The only thing that I wish is that there was a smaller amount we could buy if you are not consistent bakers. I think this bag will last me a year or more.

The product was received quickly and compared to similar brands was priced fairly. The taste just isn't my favorite. I guess all brands taste that way, but it just takes away from the cookies. I used this item in my icing to decorate sugar cookies.

Misleading item title
This is NOT pure meringue powder! This pack is a premixed packet of dry ingredients for 1 batch of royal icing. It is mostly sugar.
