Antimo Caputo "00" Chefs Flour 1 Kilo (2.2lb) Bags Pack of 4

If you're looking for an Italian meat flour to use in your kitchen, look no further, this is it! I recently got in to breadmaking, so I'm trying to make our own sandwich bread at home as well as artisan bread loaf. So to go along with that, I wanted some high-quality flour (non-GMO treated as most USA wheat flour is .. and sadly some organic USA flour is also treat treated..) as my main ingredient. Ever since my kids were little, I've always tried to buy organic whenever I could or make stuff at home, and this Caputo 00 flour is great! I have made sandwich bread with this, and I don't know if it's my recipe or the flour, but the sandwich bread is a little denser than your normal wonder loaf. But for me and my family, that is fine. I just make thinner slices of it. When I made my artisan loaf with this to go with my chicken noodle soup, that turned out absolutely incredible! This is probably the third or fourth package of Caputo flour I've bought, and in this pack of four, it really makes the price a little more feasible. I think I also made some muffins with this flour and they turned out. Delicious, they were banana chocolate chip, and my kids devoured all of them within the first day! Going forward, I won't be buying any other flower other than this Caputo 00 - as it makes me feel much better about knowing I have better ingredients going into the food for my family!

we love the 00 Italian flours! i wish the bags were bigger for the price, but it's still worth it. i have family who are diabetic and use these flours as well, they have no spike in blood sugars

Great for all kinds of baking, I primarily use it for baking bread and my bread comes out perfectly

My go to flour for making pizza dough and I use a 50/50 wth semolina flour for making my pasta.

This was really 3 1/2 bags of flour as one of the bags was open and the contents were all over the package. A rip off and a mess.
