I take it for health reasons to lower the chances for cancer, eye macular degeneration, heart health and other aging possibilities.

It's a good vitamin , my mother in low used to get it and she is feeling good while using it

I hate that it has some fat soluble vitamins included I'm still having to look for a product that's just 100% antioxidants not antioxidants with certain vitamins included I definitely can't take these as much as I want due to the fact there are fat soluble vitamins in them.
