Athletic Works 40 lb Adjustable Vinyl Dumbbell Set

Purchased this set of dumbells for my son over christmas time, and actually I purchased them partially for myself as well.. but dont tell anyone! They work great.. only issues I have is my son is unable to change weights very easily due to the grip strength needed to compress the spring to remove weights.

It came in great conditiin. I ordered it at a discount price because it was paired with a CAP Barbell set which csme in horrible condition and missing pieces. So I learned that it's a good idea to order with your Walmart account signed in to be able to return products.

I ordered these dumbells for myself as a start up set. Great for the price! The only thing I wish there was more of the 2.5 lbs or something in between 2.5 and 7.5 lbs but beyond that no issues. Highly recommended!

I wasn't expecting much considering the price I paid but these are really great and look nicer than pictured. I don't think anyone would be disappointed!

Sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one of those times for me at least. The clips aren't the best for this set and causes me to not really use them as alternating dumbbell weights. Rather I am keeping one as one with the smaller and one with the heavier weights.

I was looking to get these dumbbells so that I can increase the amount of exercises that I can complete. The product works well for it's intended purpose. I have no problems using it but sometimes the weights can become loose due to some of the exercises that I use it for. Also the heavier weights are larger so I have to change how i hold these dumbbells as opposed to solid dumbbells. Great deal for the price and it gets the job done though.

It's easy enough to adjust the weights. The clamps don't go on completely tight but I'm not concerned with the weights are going to fall off. The clamps are quite tight and difficult to squeeze enough to get on the bar. But the value for the money is good.

I bought two of these because they were on sale and gave one set as a gift. For the price, they're pretty good but they are flawed. One set had a weight pretty banged up so it has dust/sand that falls out while you use them. I'll probably try super gluing it together to see if that helps but it's an inconvenience and takes away from the set. Otherwise, they look good and are easy to use. Just wish they were a little better quality.

I received my order, and it's honestly a letdown. The packaging was in terrible shape, and it genuinely looks like the product was already used and returned by someone else. If I'd known this was the condition, I'd never have accepted it. Really disappointed in this purchase. Not expected from Walmart .

The order arrived earlier than the estimated time of delivery. All the pieces were included, but were very dirty with scratches as if it was previously owned and used, which could explain the price i got it for. It would had been nice to mention that in the description or name.
