Athletic Works 5lb Pair Ankle & Wrist Weights (2pcs, Each One is 2.5LBS), Adjustable Strap

Overall I like this weight set. My ankles and wrists are small and these are almost too big even though they are adjustable. With that said they are still useable and I will get a lot of use of them. They are well made and the Velcro is strong enough that I don't have to worry about them coming loose during use.

These are a comfortable fit, meaning the foam keeps the velcro from irritating your skin. This weight amount equal 2.5 pounds per leg, not 5 each. I have thin ankles and could get a snug fit. I've also used on my arms and it's much looser, but still works. I used to (long ago) work pt time at a gym in addition to my regular job and these weights are a great pair at a great price. I definitely recommend them if you're on the fence!

I got these to get a better workout during my hikes in the mountains. 10-12 mile hikes started getting a bit too easy so I decided to add weight. It certainly gives you much more of a workout. They stay attached no problem, haven't torn them open in briars, rocks etc. I was looking for more weight at first but happy the best deal I could find was in a 5 lbs pair, 2.5 lbs on each ankle is much more than you'd think. Overall I'm very pleased with this product, if you want to get a bit more exercise from walking, hiking etc I'd definitely get a pair of these. Also, you can wear them around the house all day and get a little workout without even thinking about it.

these are going to be great they fit nice and they are the perfect weight not too much not too little for resistance training after surgery and I think they will stay snuggling in place and comfortably in place

very simple. it is what it is. works well not cheap. eventually bought more for my teen boy and girl. they and i use often. been about 3 months no breakage yet

I like these wrist weights. that's what I use them for however I've never tried them before. so the exercises I'm doing I had to like hold on to them with the tips of my fingers so they didn't slide down my arms. this item will work wonders for other people

I have my doubts about the weight, as it will be my first weights but i think it's the perfect to start, i just used two days and then a break of one day and after that it was easy to add them in my routine. The velcro has a strong grip, perfect to keep in place. I use them more in my ankles as i am stand up most of the time because of work and it really helps me.

I only have one complaint about these weights. If you have smaller ankles and wrists, I don't recommend these as they end up feeling bulky on your body and it's hard to work out with them on. If you have normal sized ankles and wrists, I totally recommend. Great quality and great value for the money.

I use these weights on my ankles when working out, and they get the job done. They are a little hard to get the exact tightness you're looking for and may take multiple tries to get the size you need. The velcro is sturdy and stays attached. The weights do slightly move around when I work out, but again, this might be because it is hard to get the perfect size. However, they are easy to work out in. For the price, I would still recommend.

The ankle/wrist weightcuff that has the weight in it is good and comfortable, but the STRAP is cheap and narrow. It doesn't keep the weight cuff in place, the cheap wrap around velcro is a plasticky 1” wide strap that doesn't stop ankle weight from sliding around. I only gave it a 3 star because for what I am using it for, ( Stretching and leg exercises on a yoga mat it will do and I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of returning.) Won't even try to use it as a wrist weight with all that sliding around. If you plan on actually jogging with this, DON'T buy these. They'll move around your ankles so much I'm sure besides annoying you, hurt and chafe your ankles.
