Athletic Works Recovery Resistance Stretch Strap Exercise Bands with Multiple Hand Holds

Bought to help with heel slides after hip replacement. Struggled at first with foot sliding out of loops/not staying bottom foot until mentioned to physical therapist and she gave me tip to cross cross on foot and that was a game changer-.very helpful. I do wish it was a tiny bit skinnier but it definitely gets the job done.

I use the strap for isometric exercises and a few stretches. First of all the strap is super strong in stitching and strap material. No give at any point; strong as a steel cable. The strap is longer than most others on the market and has plenty of position loops. It's light and portable so you can take it most anywhere and you have all the exercise equipment you'll need to get a really good workout. The price is less than a few beers. So if you need a good iso-strap this is it.

I purchased this as I rehab from a knee replacement. Because of its length and numerous loops, I was able to control my leg and the extent of bending it or straightening it.

The recovery stretch strap is just what I needed to do the at home part of physical therapy. It is a good length, well made, and strong. It should serve for a long time. Im very happy with it's quality.

I bought this yoga strap after knee surgery. It worked the same as the one I used at physical therapy and I was able to continue my exercises at home.

Love this yoga strap. Helps me be comfortable when I stretch since I am not as flexible as I used to be. allows me to stretch whereas I wouldn't be able to without this strap

Love this strap. I purchased it so that I can stretch in between PT days after a total knee replacement and it is exactly like the ones at the PT clinic. I paid around $10 at walmart and it was a great purchase. Does the job intended!

The strap is long enough for my height (5'8") but it's stiff and, if you pull the wrong way, it hurts. I think making it out of a slightly elasticized material would be a lot better.
