So I think I was being unreasonable with my expectations on this product. I what is expecting for it to help correct my slouching?And the hunchback i'm creating. Yes, you can make the bands tighter because they are elastic and they do have valcro But I feel that the center that is aligned on your spine. It is not restrictive enough.So therefore I returned it

Painful Under Arms.
I'm 5'4", and this came around right under my chest. My 6' son tried it, and it came right across his chest and kept riding up when he tried to adjust it lower. It wasn't a bad feeling having it on. I felt a little support, but not enough to keep my back straight or shoulders back. It was very painful under my arms. No matter how I adjusted it, to make a difference in wearing it, it HURT. I just couldn't tolerate the underarm digging and rubbing.

Difficult
Difficult to adjust, you need 2 people to adjust the brace. And be mechanically inclined. It's a good product though.

Athletic Works Posture Support Harness failure
These support posture support harnesses seen sturdy enough but the velcro does not allow the body movement without the Velcro failing to hold. Each time I readjust one the Velcro slips and eventually becomes undone. This would be a great product only if it would work. The actual photo is shown at the beginning of this review…

Item delivery was pictured but was taken I believe by the driver This has happened 3 times now.I have other items from different companies and this doesn't happen.Also my neighbors items are not stolen as well I will have to pick up from now on. .
