I have been taking it for over 60 days and I can tell a difference in how I sleep but more importantly in the night sweats and hot flashes have almost completely disapated. This has been my experience and that is all I can share with you. Hope it is as helpful for others as it is for me.

Helps with sleep issues. Has a very different taste. Runs a little bit high on the price side %26 sometimes i need to take two. There is only thirty in a bottle.

These are great . No many hot flashes because I took this right before going to slerp .

Not bad at all, the taste is sweet mix of vicks cough drops with Ashwagandha gummies. Not great but not terrible neither. But yes need to be enhanced. Melatonin for me and don't know if happens to someone else but it's not strong enough. I get sleepy but it doesn't last… only for 3 hours every time I use them, exactly 3 hrs and make me wake up in the middle of the night.. and that is not a help at all, the body need more rest time, that is not good for our body. Withe the sweats at night I think it help a little but you need to give some days to your body to get into it, it doesn't help me from day one, but notice a difference in a week using them.

My bottle was opened and 1 gummies had been taken out. I had a delivery, so not sure if it was my driver or someone in the store. I really wanted to try these. If Walmart or Azo would like to make it right and send me an unopened bottle, I would definitely change my review to reflect that. Until then, I have to rate a 1 star.
