I bought several back braces to see which one would help most. This one is good. It is extra-long, but I had purchased one previously that was supposed to fit my size, but it required stretching it to close it (that's the design). The extra-long length of this one makes it so much more comfortable. My chiropractor said that I should wear it more loosely when my back isn't spasming anyway, so this one is great. I can loosen it to have some support or cinch it tight when I'm having pain.

I ordered the incorrect size. It was my fault. The size didn't fit, but it will fit my husband, so I'm keeping it for him and just order another for myself.

they give you a pad..a lumbar pad but i dont know where it goes. they shpuld have put it in directions. other than that it is a great belt. thanks. helped my sciatic nerve right away. very helpful in the pain department.

If you're having low back problems, this is a must have!! Gives me the lower back support and relief to get through the day. Just wish I had bought it sooner.

Actually ordered it a size too large but was able to use it because of the design %26 velcro closures. Felt comfortable wearing it but it actually made the pain travel up my spine so guess I'll be seeing the doctor. The only complaint is not instruction sheet to insure correct placement and to show how the triangles are to be used.

This brace helps with my chronic back pain. It seems kind of flimsy, however. So I wonder how long it will last. The one I replaced was better made and with stronger material. It lasted more than 20 years. We'll see how this one is doing in 20 years, but I don't expect much. The price was good since I'm on SS, but that's what I could afford for now. 4 stars is probably stretching my good will. It maybe should be a 3.

This item appears to be bigger or wider online, not what I expected. It's not ideal for spinal fusion support, just for lower back. Was expecting something wider for lower and middle back support.
