Because I tried to look for it on marketplace and too far away or only one or two and this one was on special and it was the size I needed and the quality was good enough for what I'm using them for overall superduper
Perfect for that beginner workout or a seasoned professional. Compact and comfortable, with the right amount of weight depending on the option selected. Kids can even use it too, on a side note, Watch your toes! Has become a mainstay in my daily kettlebell routine for months now.
This is my third purchase from this company. I've ordered two 100-lb bells and one 80-lb bell, and they've been awesome. I was looking for heavy kettlebells at a solid price, and these delivered. Because of the weight, the first 100-lb bell arrived with some paint damage from FedEx—but honestly, who cares? It's a kettlebell that's meant to get beat up during workouts. For something that's under $1 per pound, complaining about a little paint chipping is ridiculous. Great, no-nonsense product that gets the job done. Thanks for making heavy kettlebells affordable!
When I first saw this I thought that looks like it would give a great workout but it far exceeded my thoughts it's really awesome %26 packs way more punch than the average weight bell allowing your muscles to be much stronger than what we know. I will never purchase regular weight bells ever again %26 this one is only 10 lbs imagine going 20 lbs or higher beware !!! also it's way smaller in person %26 has serious supernatural kick.
I bought this before I bought a Titan adjustable competition kettlebell. The two types of kettle bells have different shapes and uses. This one is great for things like goblet squats and things that require you to hold the handle from the sides as the angle makes it far less likely to slip. Trying to do that with the competition kettlebell is a lot trickier. I also really like the texture of the finish. It has some roughness to it that makes it easy to hold onto when you start to sweat. Unfortunately, the finish chips easily so don't expect it look perfect for long. I personally don't care would rather bang it up while getting the most out of it rather than holding back so I can have something shiny for people to look at. I also got it as a substantial discount due to them being discontinued. Based on all this I felt that it was an incredible value!
good balance, and solid casting, but dipping it in paint....vs actually painting it...is why this brand always chips paint...all over my upper arms, and floor.
I bought several of these as they were being discontinued and the price was unbeatable. I found that while the handle was good the 70 and 90 lbs kettle bells were banging up my forearm. I feel that its because of the edge of the flat part where the weight is printed. I think this was a poor design choice and feared it would happen before I bought them. Regardless, I chose to buy them because of the price. I just wear wrist guards when I use them. I'd rather do this then get ripped off buying name brand kettle bells that are only slightly better and 3-4 times the price.
I bought 90, 70, 25, 15, and 5 lbs pairs of the BalanceForm cast iron kettlebells. Of all of them the finish of this one is wearing the fastest. I don't treat it any differently but it was immediately apparent that it had some adherence issues and parts of it felt sticky to the touch. I would still buy them again at the discontinued price. I just hope the stickiness goes away as its off putting.
Price was great ($25) so I ordered 2. they shipped separately in standard cardboard boxes with no packing. the first kettlebells was never delivered. UPS received a damaged box that was empty. Walmart customer service was great and quickly processed a refunded and gave me $10 for my inconvenience. The 2nd Kettlebell arrived in a damaged box that had been heavily taped. Inside was a disintegrated box along with the kettlebell that was heavily chipped. I would not recommend having this shipped.
I ordered this for a birthday gift and it was delayed over and over again. When it finally came it was in awful condition. It was supposed to be new and it was definitely used with dings in it and paint peeking off. The box it was in was totally beaten up and in pieces and was set inside a new box. I am returning this item as soon as I can.
