Perfect for Canning, Storage, and More! These Ball mason jars are exactly what you’d expect — sturdy, reliable, and super versatile. I’ve used them for canning everything from tomatoes to peaches, and the lids seal tight every time. They arrived well-packaged with no cracks or chips, which I appreciated. Also great for pantry storage, dry goods, or even cute DIY gifts. You really can’t go wrong with the classics — these jars do it all. Highly recommend if you’re into canning, organizing, or just love a good multipurpose glass jar!
I received a vacuum sealer for mason jars for Christmas. So I bought a case of jars. At first I thought I wasn't going to need that many but it turns out I am storing almost everything in it. Being able to see what's inside and knowing I can get a tight seal is exactly what I needed. If you like to keep things fresh for a longer period of time.I would suggest you consider this.
Can't beat them for the money. I try to use glass for everything now and I found you can put all kinds of things in these rather than the large flat glass storage stuff that takes up so much space. I use them for premade pasta, any prepped veggies, anything you can shake out of the container. I'm more inclined to eat healthy when everything is accessible and easy to use. They also come in a multitude of sizes so I use them on the counter for seasonings, grains, all the things.
Very pretty jars and have gone through much and still survived while I'm still learning to can. Only time one had broken was because my nephew decided to throw a fit and smashed it on purpose. I'm actually thinking about ordering another thing of them. Ever since I made my first batch of blueberry jam more flavors have been demanded. P.S. I tried to add a photo of some of the jars with Hot Candy Apple Slices in them but it won't load. Sorry guys. (Water, Sugar, Hot Candies, and apple slices. You can find the recipe online. It's a favorite in our household.)
Nothing seals and is as reliable as Ball Mason jars. We use them for bottling our maple syrup. Most of our customers prefer no plastic in their containers. Buying these 4 dozen at a time, at this time (March 2026) makes the jars only $1.16 each before tax. I have purchased non-Ball lids and rings through another site that begins with A and has a Z in it, but they are unreliable and often the rings don't fit. I know I can purchase Ball jars with confidence.
High-quality well-made jars from the top band brand, Ball. Did get out a reduced price. The rating on on Seals is slow because I haven't used them yet. The rubber seal looks good and adequate. Plan to do canning when the vegetables are ready for harvesting. Can update then.
Not the best. I find after a few runs in the D/W they tend to break easily. So idk what canning process would do. Lids are thin %26 rust easily. I use for fridge storage %26 drinks so it doesn't matter for me. Walmart has the best price. Delivery was excellent %26 no breakage
I have had so many of these break on me it's not even funny. When I was putting one away, I hit another glass with it, not very hard, and it chipped the top of it. Then when I was putting one in the dishwasher, it hit the handle of a coffee mug and chipped off the top but also had a crack down the whole side of it. The ones that haven't broken on me are great. I use them in the freezer, fridge, and pantry. They are great, when they aren't being finicky.
Did not receive eye drops, mouthwash and toothpaste. Walmart ripping me off on those items. Suggest only buying them in store. Do not trust delivery personnel. They are refusing to refund us over $45 we are missing in items. Please allow customers to actually check orders instead of drivers just handing us bags and then refusing to take missing items that we are missing. Plus, driver took their finger as our picture. Did not take order photo. We have security cameras and Walmart is trying to get out of paying us a refund and refuses to ship items out we did NOT receive.
These jars busted -sending glass everywhere. They are not the quality Ive seen from Ball ever! I lost a lot of food over the poor quality and ended up getting cut. Total waste of money and time! Are these a knock off ? Attaching a picture of a jar that broke in my hand, but others shattered sending glass shards and food everywhere!!
