I been using these patches for about a week now. They are kinda hard to peel off at first but I got it. The first day, nothing. I didn't feel any extra energy or anything. Second day still nothing. These are very tiny and so hard to peel off the sheet. I was so excited to purchase them after I read all of the reviews. So they're hard to peel off the sheet and it also peeled off my skin. So really can't say if they work bc I didn't notice it quickly enough to know how long I had it for. But so far it's a Do not purchase recommendation from me. I'm trying it again today and if I don't notice any difference and if it doesn't stick I'll definitely request a refund. Without any doubt. So this product is just 1 star and this is my first review of any product.
