You are probably better off buying this than repairing another one. The suction is focused so the 5 HP is working well without suctioning everything. It is reasonably quiet. It doesn't scare my animals. It comes with full accessories. I am resting easier because of a deep clean.

it started up today only thing I wish it had was longer attachment for hose .

Smaller than expected, arrived with cracks and a couple pieces broken off, used it and kept it because damages didn't affect the suction. Primary use for vacuuming car , no small children nor shedding fur-babies so it's convenient for my needs. Although it is a bit pricey for its tiny size and tiny attachments.

Works quite well/picks up "stuff" well, usually on first pass over. Easy to use/moves around easily. Is kinda loud like most shop vacs tend to be.

It was a lot smaller than what I thought it was gonna be. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas and I hope she likes it. The picture really showed it a lot bigger.

The hose needs to be longer, and it falls off easily! I was trying to use it to vacuum the tops of the kitchen cabinets, and I had to place it on the counter, to reach some, and hold it by the handle, to reach the others, while standing on a ladder!🧐🫤😏. Then just as I was getting comfortable with that, the hose fell out!😳😜😫. I had to climb back down, and reattach it before continuing my cleaning process 😟😣

Looks good, but it's not good when you don't get your attachment. That's your order. Set me a vacant cleaner with the hose and that's all that's not what I order thank you.

I have been trying to return this item for over a month, and still no feedback about how to do so. It says to contact the seller, which I did, twice, nothing. The vacuum is fine but not the one I wanted and I just need to return it.
