Better Homes & Gardens Freestanding Garment Ironing and Steamer Board

I love the versatility of this ironing board! It took me a minute to figure out how to operate it but once I did, it was a breeze. It's sturdy and locks into place whenever you switch from ironing to steaming, etc. The ironing board folds up nicely for storage %26 takes up little room when closed. Highly recommend!

I like the functionality of the vertical steaming board - far more effective steaming than when I was hanging garments on the shower rack or the back of a door. Folds and stores nicely, too.

This is great, if a little difficult to figure out. My son (17) had to help me get it moved the way I wanted to use it, and then he had to help me get it put back down. I'm still unsure of how to use it without his help, and I consider myself somewhat intelligent.

Not a bad ironing board. Has some weight which I like. Might be slightly high for some people but for me, prefect. No resting board for iron but not something I personally need. Rubber feet. Just 1 issue, that in one place, the leg connection moves / is loose, which I have to push back into place periodically.

The structure and stability of the board is excellent. The pad is poor quality. It's very thin and soft. I don't think it would last. Unfortunately I can't use the cover because the HUGE paper label that came on the board was glued to the cover and left a lot of glue residue and torn paper on the cover. I called the number on that paper for customer service and… no returned call from my very detailed message that I left with my full contact information many, many days ago. Frustrating. It's made in USA which I love and one reason I purchased, but dang… call someone back when your product has an inferior aspect which required me to purchase another cover to be able to use the ironing board.

The legs are uneven so it does not sit flush with the floor. When you are ironing, it rocks back and forth. Also the cross bar on one of the legs broke. I really wanted to like this product but will probably end up returning it.

The item is broken in multiple places. It is still usable, which I did because I needed it immediately. One of the places broken is the latches for storage. It is very inconvenient. Also, the label left sticker residue, that will not come off, on the part where you do the ironing. I had to place a towel down to protect the garments. Extremely disappointed with this expensive purchase. Now I am stuck with a $60 piece of junk.

I like the fact that it's sturdy… that's the ONLY good quality about this product. It doesn't adjust to your height and it's difficult to set up. BHG reeeaalllly needs to think about a beater design and bring down the pricing because this is NOT worth $60

The matal frame arrived bent, therefore causing the entire board to rock. Locking mechanism doesn't secure and the entire ironing board collapses.

this item arrived to my house, unboxed without screws and broken. I could not even remember where I bought it from to complain.
