These are so good. I would increase to 1 cup of liquid. I used heavy cream but you can use water or milk also. Everyone loved them. So easy to make. These will be a stable in my home for now on.

These worked great for strawberry shortcake, which is what I bought them for. Nice sweeter biscuit with hint of vanilla, and more nutritious than sponge cake.

pretty good. i added more vanilla flavor to mine the second time and they were better. but they're petty good just standard recipe as well. not too sweet, but perfectly light n fluffy. yummy.
