The product is very good. After taking the vitamins for a two straight days I've noticed I have more energy and I feel better about myself. My muscles feel strong and healthy, and my skin seems to have the appearance of what I should expect as a guy . My eyes aren't dry as much despite me having been through Lasik eye surgery in the past which is known for causing dry eye . So the multi vitamin keeps my eyes moist and healthy

good product but it tastes terrible.

I was excited to see this robust formulation in a multi- vitamin and bought this for my college-age son. He is used to taking vitamins but the smell of the capsules is so unappetizing, he does not like using them. My guess is the magnesium in the capsules is the culprit for the strong fish-like odor whenever the bottle is opened. Recommend producing the formulation without Magnesium to see if the odor improves.

For about 2 months now I been buying Thorne and another company. I realized I want quality. I originally went with this product and faithfully because I wanted American made. Now its about quality for me. So I will pay the extra 20$ for that. I have stopped taking all Bio Schwarts product
