Smell %26 Taste
I read a review here that said "too much cinnamon," and I agree. The cinnamon flavor seemed to be in the juice and not in the meat. When I first opened the package, it had a strong vinegar smell. It made a nice flavored meat. Don't use the juice for dipping.

this has too much cinnamon
Not only do they use red dye where the seasoning should be it's coloring, but there's so much cinnamon that I thought my daughter was making cinnamon rolls when I walked in the kitchen. Not just smells like cinnamon, the taste is overpowered with cinnamon. I thought this marinade would be a great way to make birra simply. But it's terrible.
