BLACK+DECKER 40V MAX* Lithium String Trimmer, (LST140C)

I have bought this brand trimmer for years, because I wear them out with all of the trimming I have to do. I have been very pleased with this brand in the past, but was disappointed when I tried to use this on as it had very little power. I was quite surprised. It might be okay for someone in town who just has a small lawn and simple grass trimming, but it is definitely not fit to trim country lawns

Light, dependable, and easy to use. The line is easy to change and it has the power to trim my 3/4 acre lot. We have a lot of flower gardens and liners so it 's a must to have plenty of enregy and flexiblity.

Never received string trimmer . Never received a refund after contacting Walmart. Item was sent to the wrong state . I have no control where Walmart ships items too , how is that my fault .

It's very light weight which I love and very easy for me to use and handle around my yard. It charges fast and has a good power level.

40 Volt power well worth the extra expense. Love freedom from fighting that electric cord!

light weight, ease of handling and change of plastic weeding wire

I would like it to be lighter in weight like the description said.

This works so very well! i a

durable and easy to use. worth the money. like the black and Decker brand .

This is the third unit I have purchased in about 9 years. On the positive side I like the easy use and light weight of the trimmer. On the negative side the trimmer is not durable. It may last all of 2 or 3 years. This latest model has done away with the power settings the other two units I bought had. The older units gave you settings of 1-6. If you had light trimming to do the 1-2 setting was great and the battery lasted longer. If you needed more power for thick grass or weeds 5-6 would do the trick but your battery life was less. Black and Decker needs to bring back the power settings and focus more on quality control. A big pat on the back for Walmart; the price of the trimmer was less than what I paid for any of the other two trimmers. Thank you for that.
