Blue Dragon Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, 10.5 oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sauce is DELICIOUS. I typically do love a sweet chili sauce but something about this one stands out to me. It's a little more sweet than some other brands I've tried and has just the right amount of little kick at the end of a bite. It's a thick sauce which I appreciate because I find it sticks to whatever I'm pairing with it well. This time, I used the sauce to dip fried shrimp and it was a perfect combo.

You can taste the lemongrass and the coconut which honestly gives it the flavor. Very fresh. The value was pretty good for the size of the container. No saltiness. I feel like this could be used for versatility.

It tastes really good! Not overly sweet, thick, runny, or artificial. The perfect balance of sweet but tangy, perfect consistency.

This sauce has a great light consistency, slightly textured with little minced spices. It smells and tastes sweet and tangy with a teeny tiny bit of heat. Perfect balance! The bottle it comes in is plastic but easy to use and squeeze out. The consistency of the sauce is like most other sweet chili sauces I've had before. It's thick enough where it's not runny. It had a good flavor profile. I would've liked it to be a little less sweet and a little more tangy/spicy. I didn't get a huge taste of garlic but it was still good overall. It's one of the better flavored ones I've had. For the price, it is a very good Thai sweet chili sauce and I will continue to use it. It pairs well with any Asian foods such as dumplings and even ramen!
