I have used a raised toilet seat due to arthritis in my hip since 2017. I thought I was better, took the raised part off because I bought the tallest toilet they may: not enough! within 3 weeks I had a major dislocation needing surgery ENTER this new raised toilet! Ordered for brother in-law who is recovering from motorcycle accident with broken bones in leg. He used it in shower and said suction worked good on the legs and the open front seat didn't smash his man parts like rounded seat would. He has chosen not to use over toilet, which was one reason I got it for him, but oh well. Said it was no problem to put together.

We are very satisfied with it, and it is very easy to assemble and I had no problem adjusting the height. It has made it much safer for my elderly parents, great item.

It worked perfectly! I had surgery and could not put any weight on my right foot, so this seat helped me take a shower and use the toilet. I felt very safe and secure when using it.

easy to assemble, fit in my bathroom good. the only thing is the cups on the legs do not grip the floor but do not slide easy .

the.hole in the seat is so small it leaves you no room to clean yourself the chair has section cups for feet but it still "walks"to the side when used

Can't give any positive feedback on this item. Walmart has given me the run around going on two months. I was sent pasta and they are refusing to issue me a refund. Be aware this item is no refund and no return. Item .
