Bob's Red Mill Corn Flour is the best out there. This stuff brings a vibrant, sweet corn flavor to everything it touches. It's perfect for adding that classic corn flavor to cornbread, tortillas, or even a savory stew. The quality is top-notch, and I really taste the corn flavor. If you use corn flour in baking as much as I do, you'll be hooked on this flour
Wish this was sold in the store!
Have tried to mix it with flour to make corn buns and it turned out great! Love the clean ingredients too.
I always like RBM products because of its quality. I pick this product because it is not treated with lime (masa harina) and sometimes this can be hard to find at my local grocery stores as all they carry is masa harina. I like to use this in blueberry corn muffins, topped with crunchy corn flakes :). If I use masa harina, it will taste too much like cornbread. It is also certified gluten free, suited for those on the celiac diet.
Simple but healthy ingredients My dog loves it! Add a bit more water when mixing
I use it in my morning coffee daily. Make sure you get the lumps out before adding it to the hot water and instant coffee so it's like a powder. It should work. I do make a large cup (500mls) though so maybe that has something to do with it?

I love this flour. Use it for baking. It has nice taste. The size of this package can last for a month depending on what to cook with it. I always try to prolong it for at least one month.
I really love fine ground cornmeal. And it's hard to find. But this stuff is the best I have found. Works well in everything even as a breakfast gruel.
The flour is a bit sweet for my taste compared to other corn flours that I tried. Although sweet, the consistency looks very good and it gives tasty cooked products.
