Bob's Red Mill, Grain Free, Gluten Free, Blueberry Muffin Mix, 9 oz

Super surprised how good this mix is. Recently haven't been able to digest diary, grains or gluten. I always throw in fresh blueberries ...really good!

I've always appreciate any Bob's RedMill product.

Replaced the egg with moistened flax seed meal - standard vegan practice, and these muffins turned out perfect. Moist, tender crumb and good blueberry flavor. Next time, will probably turn the oven down a bit and cook them a tad longer. I live at 7500' elevation, so always have to bake things a time or 2 and adjust for elevation and the weather. Absolutely satisfied with these 1st results, and will make again. Used the Nordic Ware 6-Bundt-style muffin tin. They slid right out, no sticking. Very good mix. Thanks, Bob's Red Mill folks. Yum!

So excited to discover these wonderful treats! My husband is gluten intolerant and I'm always thrilled to find good quality products that the whole family can enjoy. Tasty, easy to mix up and then just pop them in the oven. I did add a touch of vanilla and lightly sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top for an extra bit of yum!

The Grain Free Blueberry Muffins were a big hit this morning! My husband has been working from home, and my neighbor has been experiencing some health issues. I make breakfasts for them every morning. I have celiac disease and need to inspect the ingredients for every item that I make and eat. These delicious muffins are so moist and delicious. I can't wait to try the other Grain Free mixes. Thank you, Bob's Red Mill.

Very tasty, healthy tasting muffin. If you want more of a traditional muffin, just add a bit more sugar. But overall great for GF folks.

If you are expecting this to be the same as traditional muffin mix, this isn't for you. However, if you are following a gluten free diet, you will be delighted to have a mix that is so easy and tasty! I have been using Bob's Red Mill products for a few years and have never been disappointed!

I love how easy to make these muffins were! They came together quickly with not much mess involved. They had a nice flavor and were moist. The only thing I didn't care for was the texture. I typically make my gluten free recipes with rice flour so maybe I'm just not used to the almond flour, but in my opinion it was too grainy. I may buy these again for a quicker option to my homemade muffins.

Not only did this muffin mix only make six muffins but they were dry and unimpressive.
