Muffins are quick and easy to make. They do not require any eggs and they taste delicious. They bake up quickly and our light and fluffy really nice texture. I've substituted Greek yogurt for milk to add protein and they also came out really good that way. The calories are not bad either.
These tasty muffins are my go to for an easy morning. They're easy to make, flavorful, and a great value overall. I always have several packs of them in my pantry!
My family and I love these muffins, they work great for a make ahead grab and go breakfast or snack. Sometimes I mix cream cheese with a little sugar and add it to the batter before baking and they are even more delicious!
I use 2 bags and make a cake basically . They are also good to dump over a can of blueberries for a quick dump cake. Many options for these tasty flavors
Our family loves these! Makes 6 big ones or 12 small muffins. These are quick and easy way to save money instead of buying small packs. Especially if you have a bigger family or more kids!
Martha White never disappoints! I add 2packets of equal, one egg and use milk instead of water After spooning into muffin liners , I add several frozen blueberries into each muffin, pressing down into batter. Delicious!!
I mix this with real frozen blueberries and it makes four large blueberry muffins. So the pack is super small. Still pretty good. Cheap price that is good.
I am absolutely sure these are horrible for you. There are no blueberries in the blueberry varieties, and only the smallest bit of dried cream cheese in the cheesecake varieties. The rest of the ingredient list is equally suspect. However ... in some families, the price is right and you've got to eat. In that case, I find the chocolate/chocolate chip, the banana nut, and the apple to be the best tasting, and they do contain at least a bit of the ingredients in their names. None of the berry varieties contain any berries. The lemon poppyseed does have poppyseeds, but no lemon. The other two I've seen (birthday cake, cinnamon sugar) are just cupcakes, honestly.
Tried multiple times exactly as instructions said and comes out dry and crumbly every time. I am a cook/baker. You may have better results than I, So give it a try and see if it works for you.
If you're looking for something that is packed with flavor %26 decadent, this isn't going to fulfill that need. However, if your family (especially kids) is obsessed with mini muffins and you're looking for a much cheaper way of having them on hand, then these are perfect for that. They lack flavor and texture but you can make 32 mini muffins from a single bag for $1.24 instead of paying $5 for 20 muffins. In order to up the tasty factor, I recommend swapping milk for coffee creamer (french vanilla is perfect!) or even use juice depending on the flavor. Cooking time is quick which is also another bonus. Definitely butter the tops as soon as you pull them from the oven too.
