Chia seeds add protein, fiber, and Omega-threes
I have been buying Chia seeds for quite some time. Not all grocery stores carry them so ordering from Walmart is convenient for me. I add the seeds to oatmeal to add nutrition.

Love Love Love
The only chia seeds I trust. I've used them for years. I put them in my yogurt some days and other days I will put in my cereal and salad. Also don't forget, if you make smoothies, put in 1 or 2 teaspoons. I do not eat them as a snack. Thank You.

There's not a whole lot to say about chia seeds. They don't smell or taste bad, and they're good for you.
