Bobs Red Mill Organic Whole Chia Seeds Gluten Free

I have been buying Chia seeds for quite some time. Not all grocery stores carry them so ordering from Walmart is convenient for me. I add the seeds to oatmeal to add nutrition.

The only chia seeds I trust. I've used them for years. I put them in my yogurt some days and other days I will put in my cereal and salad. Also don't forget, if you make smoothies, put in 1 or 2 teaspoons. I do not eat them as a snack. Thank You.

There's not a whole lot to say about chia seeds. They don't smell or taste bad, and they're good for you.

Have ordered from yhis website for 20 years %26 anything I ordered is honest %26 exactly as claimed. I have a deep respect for this company in their honesty, integrity and the fact they invited their employees to invest in the company to give them an opportunity to have a cushion in the returns. They do NOT skimp in the ingredients of what they sell or lessen the size %26 charge more to the consumer. I understand making a profit, however, not cheating methods by being corrupt %26 greedy - thinking consumers will not notice. This is my personal opinion %26 viewpoint. Have not been compensated or paid for my review. Not related to any person in this company, or Walmart; be they an employee, executive, partner, extended family relative, friend or neighbor. Highly recommend this Seller.

I put the chia seeds in my morning smoothie, after I have soaked them over-night.
