This tastes very good even though it is unsweetened. There is 1 g of sugar in 3 tbsp and that is from the coconut. I use in in yogurts, on ice cream, and in oatmeal. It is a good size bag also.

Bob's unsweetened shredded coconut is great! The coconut flavor comes through without the "candy-like" sweetness in those with sugar added. I add a couple of teaspoons to my morning oatmeal, along with a variety of other items. Delicious! Also, the bag is easy to re-seal, and the product has never gone bad.

Love coconut! Better then sugar sweetened stuff. Toasts great and quickly in a frying pan! Lovely flavor and so many uses. From chia pudding, cake toppings, protein balls!
