This flour makes the best homemade bread ever. I also really like to packaging.

This is the best flour for my whole wheat sandwich bread! Thus stone ground flour gives a deep taste to my bread and keeps it moist because it can absorb so much water. If I can't get this! I don't even bother making my sandwich bread, it's just not the same without it!!!

I am an 88 year old great-grandmom who has been baking bread since I was 25. When I started using Bob's products, the quality of my bread improved greatly. I bake six loaves at a time using my mother's antique bread mixer dated 1904. I pick an choose what goes into the bread by using many of Bob's products. This batch was made with Bob's yeast, whole wheat, artisan white, steel cut oats, and flax seeds.

I've been using this flour cut with Bob's Red Mill buckwheat flour to make bran muffins and chocolate chip cookies. I am so pleased with the hardiness and flavor. I ordered four products directly from this website, and received my order even earlier than the estimated arrival date. I appreciated this since I ordered just one week before Thanksgiving weekend. I probably won't go back to another brand after this initial investment. The price is very reasonable for the quality of product.

I loved this product the o my reason I gave it 4 stars was because the flour bag had a small leak.

I have been buying this for years, and am happy with the flour. Recently it changed from plastic to paper packaging - now my online orders from the same same vendor I've used for years, come leaking and sometimes ripped due to the new packaging. The paper punctures too easily and the roll at the top doesn't stay together well enough. Unfortunately, I keep having to return it and am changing brands solely due to the packaging.

The flour itself is great, but since the description says "Case of 4" I expected to get four five pound bags and I only got one.

Did not receive 4 bags as described only 1. The seller was unresponsive WALMART customer service was very helpful though and it has been resolved.
