I have used it on one trip only so far and really like it. The real test will be after a year's use. I like the design an think it was well designed. It heats up nicely and clean up easily. Definitely better than most other travel pots. Wish it auto adjusted for different power services.

I bought this for my work and so far it works great. It's small size is perfect to keep by my desk for a cup of hot chocolate, tea or instant coffee. Heats fast and has a clearly marked window that shows how many ounces you're pouring. Perfect if you don't want to boil too much water at once. My only complaint is that Walmart took forever to deliver it. That and it looked like someone played kick ball with the box; good thing the kettle was fine.

Perfect for personal use. I love the design and look of the kettle in my kitchen. It's awesome that the base is the only part that you have to plug in and you can use the kettle without a cord attached to it. This is perfect when it's just me that wants tea or to make instant oatmeal or cup o' noodles. It's also really quiet, which is a plus. I also love the feature of turning off itself once the water comes to a boil. The design of the lid is interesting -- hinged from the center, which helps to avoid losing it. Gets the water hot and perfect size for my desk

90% of the time I am working away from my office. I bought this kettle to take with me on the go. The quality, size and functionality are excellent for my purpose. I am very happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a personal electric kettle, you should definitely consider this item.

Love this smaller kettle. Perfect for a cup and a half. I have the larger one but that's overkill for my morning needs.

This is small but boils quickly. Enough for 2 large cups. Ideal for traveling. Good value for money. Ordered from Walmart online and picked up in store. It was there in 24 hours. Excellent service.

I bought this for my daughter to take with her to her dorm. Since she is not a coffee drinker, this is great for boiling water for her tea. Water boils pretty quickly and it's a really good size for one or two people.

Needed a kettle for work to make tea. So far, since I just received it, it heats water quickly to a steaming boil. The small size (4 cups) makes it easy to carry from place to place as I float from room to room.

I love this kettle but the button to open it sticks a bit so I have to nudge it some. I've had this pot in white also and loved it for years and the open button always popped it right open .... this one isn't as quick to pop open but I like the black option and it otherwise works great.
