BODUM Java French Press Coffee Maker with Borosilicate Glass Carafe, 34 Ounce, Black

I have one issue about how fragile this thing is. Really fragile glass and a metal spoon shouldn't be used for stirring which i think they could have added a suitable spoon for stirring to the jug if we can't use any spoon. Also there is no way to remove the filters for thorough cleaning. But filters coffee well.

It is what we were looking for at a reasonable price. It's made cheaper but it also cost less. I thought from same vendor as last one we had, it would be the same, it is not, but it's OK.

This Bodum French Press Coffee Maker is the best quality and great for everyday coffee making. It is easy to use and the plunger smoothly goes down. The tempered glass is sturdy and the cradle helps with easy handling and pouring of coffee. This is the perfect size for personal use. * Note: I am writing this review as part of a contest.

Beautiful and worthy of the price. Just remember that a slow press keeps the grounds from getting in the coffee and brings a full flavor.

Wow! I love this French press. It's easy to use for first time person like me. My coffee taste so much better. However I think it is important to add that I also purchased at the same time a Mr. coffee Burr coffee grinder. That has made an incredible difference. I didn't realize that blade coffee grinders actually burnt the coffee beans. I tested this out by using my drip coffee maker and the burr grinder. So I would recommend buying a burr grinder for your coffee in addition to the French press.

I like the sleek design of this Bodum french press, and also how easy it is to use. All you have to do is fill it with hot water up to the top and push the filter down after 4 minutes. It's perfect for making some good coffee in the morning when you don't have time or equipment to make a pourover. The only complaint I would have is that the lid on the one I used did not stay on very well when I poured out the coffee. I am writing this review as part of a contest.

Solid french press maker. The quality is ok, but for the price it's right. I would recommend it if you're looking for an inexpensive french press.

The plastic frame doesn't hold the glass in, so when you go to poor it slips out, and there is no way to tighten the frame up enough to hold it in.

The items quality is pretty back...Especially the plastic black that the glass and prett sits in..
