Helps with hair loss and somewhat with joints pain
I have been taking this supplement for several months by now, and I've noticed less hair loss and some slight improvements with my joints pain. I am taking it with other supplements, but adding it to my daily routine has helped me.

I bought these for bone health support because I was already taking Collegen for my thinning hair. I figured I would try these for my thin hair too. My hair is definitely filling in very nice with this Collegen bone health support and I don't have to take the other Collegen for hair, skin, and nails. These are cheaper than the other Collegen gummies to. I would invest in these if you're looking for joint and hair growth support. It's a great deal!!

Got it for joints and skin. Not certain of benefits but no aftertaste or upset stomach. Plan to continue use.

The collagen capsules are easy to swollow. I really haven't taking them long enough to see any progress. I'll have to give an update a later.
