To avoid Diverculitus flare ups doc told me to take daily fiber. I put 2 in my smoothies and it works great!!! No cramping, most times 2 daily bowel movements which helps food not get stuck in pockets.
Works so well at one point I was about to contact Guinness World Book Records.
Bulking but I can't take it everyday . Every other day is best for my digestion
sometimes pills, even capsules will have a 'taste' to them I don't care for. I didn't notice that with these.

Drink lots of water when taking these supplements and it works well.
Product pictures on ad say “BOVINE GELATIN “ but one that they sent me has just “gelatin” which means it's made from pork (cheaper alternative) this is DECEPTIVE!! I almost took this product and do not eat pork according to biblical food laws!!!
My order never showed up... It was on delay for 3 entire days.. and it arrived at store but then put on delay and stayed there.. I believe they just lost it
