Just a regular pill in capsule style. Easy to swallow %26 I believe good quality because of the extract.
My friend told me bromelain helps if my ankles swell from driving or sitting at work. I use it every day, my feet no longer swell.
Led to a noticeable improvement in digestion. Hard to tell if it's helping with joint inflammation but definitely not any worse.
See information on the pinapple diet on tv and this was available at walmart which was easier.
