Been taking for a few weeks now. To me it's just as good as the b12 shot given at the doctors office. No longer feel like I need those afternoon naps and I've been sleeping incredibly good at night. I'm a retired 59 year old. Prior to taking this I didn't rest good at night and was sluggish all day. Didn't even want to get out in the yard for light garden work.
