To supplement my diet.
I don't take this vitamin every day but do when I feel I am not getting enough leafy green vegetables in my diet. I can tell when I am depleted and this helps. Easy to take small tablet! Good product!

My health needs were met by Walmart.
This was told to me to take by my Doctor. Vitamin MK K2 helps with vitamin D being absorbed into the body. I have bone thinning so this is a must do. Walmart had just exactly what I needed. Thanks Walmart!
