This is the best way to buy your B12
I trust this product because its "Methyl" form of B12. The flavor is pleasant. New research states B12 best absorbed if sublingual or chewable, and begins its digest with saliva before reaching the gut.

I have been taking these for about a month. I cannot tell if these are helping or it may be one of my other supplements I began taking around the same time. I am in a better mood most of the day and my anxiety is somewhat ramping down. The other day I woke up feeling refreshed... I haven't in 15 years before.

Methyl B12 Fast Dissolve Sublingual - Cherry
I did not give this product a very good review because the tablets did not dissolve under my tongue at all. I had to chew them up.
