For the price and quality you cant get any better. I mixed with another fiber supplemnt to create a multi fiber blend thats way cheaper than buying one already mixed.

I used it to make yogurt. The yogurt was good. The powder dissolved easily in my milk and apparently fed the culture well because the yogurt is really good.
