You can actually swallow these without choking! Honestly I haven't cramped near as bad since I've been taking them. You have to read the smallest print though where it says the 400 mg dose is TWO pills! I found this out after a couple nights of restless sleep. Better than gummies and the 'horse' pills that others sell. I will buy again. I've bought gummies made in c---a and I think they were pure nothings! So far these are working!

California Essentials Magnesium Glycinate 400. These are the smallest tablets for this type of Magnesium I have come across. I wish they came in a larger quantity because you have to take two.

After switching to this magnesium I started getting several leg cramps that I haven't had at all with my previous magnesium supplement. I was trying to get away from the mag citrate in my previous magnesium supplement that has 3 kinds of magnesium in it as it gives me loose stool in the morning. I will use this magnesium every other day along with alternating my previous magnesium supplement and see if the cramps stop and the constipation of this supplement alone stop. If I continue with cramps and constipation, I will return to my previous supplement that I also purchase from Walmart. I understand that a side effect from magnesium citrate is loose bowels and my magnesium levels are good having used it for over a year.
