I can get horrible leg cramps and spasms. Two gummies a day and the cramps/spasms are controlled so well now. I have told my friends and family about these and my twin has found the same relief. I live in high altitude Colorado so dry climate is a given. My doctor suggested that i give these Calm gummies a try to get more magnesium and I am a believer.

I take medications that cause constipation. These particular gummies work very well in keeping the constipation to a bare minimum.

I love these gummies they taste good, thy help with restlessness of my legs at night and I sleep better. I take 2 every night before bed.

I love these. Take one in the am and take one of another brand's sleepy variant at night, so tag-teaming instead of taking two of each a day. Works amazingly and haven't needed miralax since I started taking these.

I would not order this flavor again. It tastes exactly like the smell of fabric softener. It also is coated in sugar. The texture is better than their strawberry ones, though. Functionally, I do think they work well as a gentle laxative. I wouldn't ever buy this flavor again. I'll have to see if I can find their original strawberry ones when I'm out.

I like the brand and have used the powder form in my tea in the evening and that works great. Unfortunately, the gummy style makes me constipated. So I will go back to the powder form they have.

Whoever is supplying these to Walmart - or - wherever Walmart is storing these caused these to take on the taste of detergent of some sort. I have been buying the product for years , they are lemon raspberry, these most definitely are not! I am supposed to get a credit for the item so far I have not received it.

Gummies seem to work better than capsules for me because they are, in essence pre-digested. And I used the CALM powder products until I noticed the humidity where I live pretty much takes the punch out of them. But THIS PRODUCT is really disappointing to me. it contains INULIN, and TAPIOICA, not pectin. Do some homework. This one may not be the best for you!

Powdered Calm is excellent but these gummies are a big disappointment as they taste horrible. We have ordered them twice, thinking, perhaps it was a one off bad batch but no, the second bottle was just as horrible tasting as the first one. It tastes like there's soap in the ingredients. They have a very chemical taste. We do not recommend these but the powdered Calm is wonderful and really works.

I did not receive the correct bottle. I ordered the exact one I see in this image and it was a totally different type of calm gummy. I ordered the one with the glycinate and this one just has citrate.
