CAP makes great products. These 5 lbs. dumbbells were an additional to my current collection of dumbbells and free weights. My family likes to utilize our home gym. Each family member is at different level of fitness. These lighter weights work fine with those who are getting back into fitness on a regular basis. What I like about the product is the hex shape. This prevents the dumbbells from rolling. Great product.

Its good but dirty when i opened. Kinda stink and i don't know why there is oil on it. I already clean it

If you receive a quality one it is great! These dumbbells smell quite a bit initially, and need to air out. There is quite a bit of variation on the fit and finish of the dumbbells I received. Some had extra rubber that needed to be trimmed back away from the handles, on others the handles had sustained damage in the shipping or manufacturing process, and some were pretty much perfect - clean handles and no excess rubber. Just a clear quality control issue... likely a result of the pandemic and the factory being short staffed compounded with an increased demand for home workout equipment... where dumbbells are probably a relatively lower dollar investment and many people would look to start their home gym with dumbbells for that reason.

I wouldn’t recommend. The black transfers a great deal. Even the box they came in was black where they were sitting. I would suggest buying another brand even if it’s a few dollars more. I’m returning these.
