CAP Barbell Multi-Functional Power and Squat Weight Rack

Like all of the other CAP brand products we ordered to create our home gym, these plate holders have been pretty good but not excellent. Could things fit tighter and be heavier duty? Yes. Do they all work as intended and are perfectly fine for a starter home gym? You betcha. I would buy the plate holders again given the same circumstances. If I were a serious weightlifter or had more money than sense, I might get something better. But still 5 stars.

Fastening this rig to squat rack base is universal. That is, clamp fits over the top of squat rack base. Just tighten by hand. No removing bolts or changing bolt size. Bar holder moves freely all directions. Fastened near ground lowering center of gravity lift point almost to the ground.

I've had it about a month now. I mainly bought it for pullups. it's externally sturdy. I am happy that i purchased this. I use it for a rack for bench presses and incline bench as well. It's pretty solid.

this add-on to the quarter cage keeps it firmly grounded and rick solid. didnt expect the additional stability, very welcomed addition. i feel i have quite a confident cage for full body building. didnt need to bolt it to the floor

Affordable rack for the lightweight home gym experience. Assembly is easy and rack is sturdy enough for non swinging pull ups. Fits nicely in a garage and the footprint is so small there is still room for the car.

Love this attachment for the landmine barbell because I can work both arms at once during rows, easy to attach to bar. Great for multiple training programs or just for working out for something to do. Nice addition to the home gym.

The item is definitely good quality, however, the handle takes up most of the space for weights. Only four 45 lbs plates fit on the bar after the grip. Sometimes, I need more weight to get a workout. It's nice to have this equipment to do rows. It's easy to set-up and takedown. It's easy to move it around and use it, however, it does not feel sturdy. When I'm using it with 150 lbs, it feels like it's wobbling around. I suspect that it will break soon. It's a great product I own almost all my exercise equipment under the brand cap. I believe they make great stuff. It just didn't seem to work out for my all-in-one workout system, and I hope they make another one that might fit.

10 minutes into assembly, one of the base support bars came apart at a weld. The weld is missing and there is rust where the weld should be. Wasn't able to complete assembly. I do not trust this product around my family. Will be returning this product and avoiding this brand.
