Carb Intercept with Phase2 Carb Controller 1,000mg per serving Veggie Caps-60

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge carb junkie, I have taken these for almost 2 weeks and I have lost 3lbs!! I am actually shocked that they work as I have tried numerous items in the past to help with carb management. They have also helped suppress my appetite as well. In just a short period of time my body feels alot better since it has not digested as many carbs! I love these!!!

This is a good product (Wal-Mart does not have the correct picture posted on the website). The product does what it says and blocks some of the carbs, but you have to exercise and practice some portion control if you want to maintain or continue to lose weight. I spent the last year exercising at least 4 times a day, taking some diet pills, eliminated soda, other sugary drinks, and starches (bread, pasta, potatoes, rice) from my diet and I was able to slowly lose about 15 pounds. In Iraq that works because of the controlled environment. When I returned home and started cooking for myself and my family again it became a little more difficult to eliminate the starches completely. I learned over the last year that when I consume starches, I can literally watch the weight gain over the next few days and the starches also makes me feel lethargic. This product allows me to eat reasonable portions of starches without gaining weight. Since I can only take this twice a day, I plan when I will eat starches, usually at breakfast and dinner. During the other meals, I make an effort to eat things that do not contain starches. I continue to exercise daily whenever I can and I still do not drink sodas and other sugary products...also do not forget about portion control. Wal-Mart's price is great compared to other places that sell this product. Good Luck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have read about success with white kidney bean carb blockers, and I definitely consume too many carbs, so I thought I would give this a try. Though I haven't been using this product for very long, my clothes are feeling a little looser with no change in diet or exercise. I started by taking one capsule before eating a high-starch meal. Since I have experienced no side effects with the half dose, I recently began taking the recommended two capsules. Still no side effects, and I expect to see even looser clothes with the recommended dose.

Worked pretty well. I did not gain any weight while i was on it and ate carbs.

I don't know why I actually expected anything to happen with these, but I did. And I ended up being disappointed. I would get kicked out of ketosis while using this to try and avoid carb consumption

Notice that the important ingredient phase 2 carb controller complex is now reduced from 1000mg to only 730mg (no changes to other ingredients)? Not too happy with this. :( Is this to cut cost & will this reduce its efficiency?

I ordered this product through Walmart.com 3 bottles of 60 count natrol white kidney bean carb intercept. They arrived today December 30, 2019. All three bottles expire on January 31, 2020. I could not even complete one bottle before expiration. Returning to walmart store since unable to address directly with this vendor and reporting expiration date issue.

The bottle I received is NOT the same as what is displayed. The one dellivered to me has 5 grams of carbohydrates, not 4 grams as shown on the website. Really, the 4 grams of sugar makes these wafers taste like candy, and should raise a flag for anyone who is trying to reduce carbohydrates in their diet. If you take these three times a day (before each meal), you will get 15 grams of carbohydrates including 12 grams of pure sugar.
