This product is great! Many people don't even realize they need Vitamin K. I have tried a few and I don't even suffer with any side effects. I take it every other day and it does what it's supposed to do. I like this manufactured brand and I'm sticking to it.
This is a very good product I've been using four years. I was very happy with Walmart. It came to my door quickly and I am so glad that I can continue to have this product.
Good Hard to find a higher dose K2 at a decent price point.
just started using but know based on reviews it will be good
I have been taking Carlson Vitamin K2 Menatetrenone for several months along with a different brand of Vitamin D3 + K2 dots. A recent dental x-ray showed significant improvement in my bone density compared to earlier x-rays. Thanks to Swanson's for offering this supplement at such a competitive price!
I recently searched all over for Vitamin K in 5mg. I found it available thru Swanson Health. Most other types of Vitamin K I found I would have to take a lot of pills each day to get the 5mg dosage. Thanks Swanson Health.
I take this form of K2 twice a week on my Vitamin D3 days. It is pricey and I appreciate Swanson offering it in this smaller size at a competitive price.
I ordered these because of the 5 mg dose which means I only have to take 2 with my D3 dose. Do your search on this to match your own doses...I like these because they are small and easy to swallow.
This product has helped minimize my teeth sensitivity.
It was what I was looking for. I think it is too soon to tell if it is working.
