Totally saved my butt this pregnancy. I used these to get my vitamin levels up because I was deficient in b12 and had a meat intolerance. Everything is perfect now!!

Works well
I have been taking this product for years now. I usually take it in the morning. It helps me stay alert during the day. I must take it with food or I will get a headache. I would recommend this multivitamin.

Great product!
Was having issues when I was running. I was losing my footing and at times almost fell. Figured out I was iron deficient and started taking this. Now I am back to running with no issues.

Must Have
So, I just recently purchased these vitamins. They are amazing. I do recommend eating when taking these vitamins or else you will get a headache or upset stomach if taking on an empty stomach. Drink lots of water! I am very pleased with Centrum Women's Multivitamin/Multimineral.

Great Multi, take with food.
I felt energized while I took these. They're a great vitamin for women especially if you have some iron deficiency. I did actually feel a difference though I would suggest talking with food. They did make me a bit gassy if I took them without.

Not for seniors
Be careful if you don't need iron supplements. This vitamin has plenty of iron. Not good for seniors!

Heartburn
Please multivitamins cause me very strong heartburn. I tried to take them for a couple of days during my meal times. My stomach hurted so much I had to take some TUMS.

I was having what I thought was random stomach pains and now I realized it only happened after taking these vitmans. I will not be finishing the bottle.
