taste great chewy gummies and I have been reordering them here because it beats amazon price and quantities.
They are somewhat sticky. However, I can chew these up so I believe I am getting more benefit out of them than the tablet. 2 a day dosage. They are rather sweet so make sure they are not eaten as candy.
the smell and taste are terrible..some of the vitamins pieces are half the size.
