C%26H powdered sugar is the best one around. It has two ingredients, it's non-gmo, is Kosher certified, tastes good and that matters to me. These are the reasons why I buy C%26H, it's my go-to every time.
This is the only powdered sugar that I'll buy. The product you get is consistent, and it does not leave a gritty texture in your frosting only powdered sugar that I'll buy. The product you get is always the same, and it does not leave a gritty texture in your frosting. Highly recommend.
I only use pure cane sugar when I am baking. This is my favorite powdered sugar. I also always sift it to get out any lumps and then it mixes in much better in any recipe. I bake a lot so I usually buy a couple of bags and use a large sifter to sift a couple of bags into a gallon ziplock so they are ready to use.
C%26H powdered sugar is a far superior and reliable product as compared to other store brands. I have found that C%26H powdered sugar makes frostings and icings smooth and an even consistency. Using other store brands does not provide the same smooth consistency, probably due to too much corn starch in the product.
I’ve been baking for years and recently noticed my frosting was not coming out how it used to. Then, I discovered I was using 10x sugar that just said “sugar” on the bag. This is Cane Sugar, which makes a difference in my frosting. I would recommend this over the store brand.
Powdered Sugar is one ingredient you can't skimp on. IMO, C%26H's CANE SUGAR Powdered Sugar tastes the best. It doesn't taste stale like store brands, and it adds the perfect amount of sweetness to your baked goods. I've tried many different store brands in my lifetime, and I have decided to never do it again. It just isn't worth the $1.50 you save, when the flavor is night %26 day.
Homemade buttercream frosting is the ABSOLUTE BEST. No trans fats, sweetness you can control (somewhat) and it’s as fluffy as you can whip it to be. C%26H powered sugar never disappoints. The consistency is always smooth, lump free, and I rarely need to sift it—really. With C%26H I put in less work and always come out with a magnificent (quoting family) product. Can’t argue with that!
DO NOT smell this product! I decided to take a sniff....I mean, it's sugar, should smell sweet, right? wrong!! As I took a deep whiff, the first thing I noticed was that it felt like a dagger going into my brain!! then, it was followed by the most explosive sneeze ever! I sneezed so hard that I believe my soul left my body for a moment! it all happened in a mere instant, so fast that my face was still in the bag.... that's when I felt my eyes quiver with a burn so intense, I let out a scream!! the powder was now all over my face, my eyes and my hair and clinging to the ropes of mucous that seemed to come from the depths of my body. before I knew what was happening, I sneezed again! this was a major disaster for myself and my kitchen.... it's been 3 months and I still taste powdered sugar. Again, do not sniff!!
I have used different powered sugars and have to use more product to achieve the same sweetness. I don't know why but I will testify to anyone that C%26H Powered Sugar is smoother and creamy not grainy.
C %26H sugars are the best. The powdered sugar is smooth not grainy. Gives you the best tasting and smoothest frosting every time. I prefer C%26H over all other brands.
